3 OZS FLOUR
1TBS FRESH CHOPPED SAGE
1 EGG LIGHTLY BEATEN
8 OZS WHITE BREADCRUMBS
THREE QUARTERS ONION, CHOPPED
1 CUP MILK
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
- Mix to a stiff consistency.
- Spoon into greased brownie pan.
- Cover with greaseproof paper.
- Bake in hot oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve as you would potatoes with meat and vegetables.
